I will make a RADICAL claim and ABANDON my life in service and surrender to my Lord Jesus Christ in these five (5) ways.  So I hereby commit to a one-year experiment of RADICAL LIVING according to the gospel...and making myself open to the permanent changes God wants to perform in my life as a result of this experiment:
